TERMS:

Typical terms are between 24 to 60 months depending on the opportunity.

BALANCED SERIES

Opportunities are typically opportunities for an investor to participate from the development phase to the stabilization and exit phase of a project. There will be no cash flow or income during the development phase, an investor can receive cash flow when the project is built and operational. An investor will also participate in the profits of the project once it is sold. With the balanced series you will receive both income and growth at varying stage of the project. This can be done by purchasing units in a limited partnership or mutual fund trust.

INCOME SERIES

Opportunities are typically involved with the mortgage investments either structured as a syndication or in the form of a limited partnership. An investor will typically have a security against the property and receive a consistent rate of return every year of the investment.

GROWTH SERIES

Opportunities allow an investor to partake in the equity side of the business or the partnership side of the investment where an investor would participate in the profits that would emerge out of that development by purchasing units in a limited partnership or mutual fund trust.
