INVESTMENT SCOPE

We invest in properties and projects located in strong, or emerging, primary or secondary markets in Canada with specific focus on the Greater Toronto and “Golden Horseshoe” areas; with deal terms typically ranging from 24 to 60 months, depending on the opportunity.

We invest in a variety of commercial and residential asset classes, focusing on (but not limited to): purpose-built apartments, retirement residences, professional and medical offices, and self-storage.

BALANCED SERIES

B Series opportunities allow investors to participate in the acquisition and management of aftermarket cash-flowing properties. An investor can get both immediate cash flow and participate in asset appreciation upon an exit event, such as a sale or a refinance. This balanced approach provides investors the best of both worlds.

INCOME SERIES

I Series opportunities typically generate income through mortgage investments. Investors can participate directly in a specific opportunity, or structured as a syndication. Investors looking for diversification of mortgages may purchase units in a limited partnership that holds a portfolio of mortgages. An investor will typically have a security against the property and receive consistent cash flow.

GROWTH SERIES

G Series opportunities give investors access to the equity side of the business, or the partnership side of investments where they can participate in the profits from the development and management of an asset, by purchasing units in a limited partnership or mutual fund trust. Profits can be received upon an exit event such as a sale or refinance..
